Religion is a big problem created by politicians and opportunists, I don’t think the people actually are worried about this issue.

May be true in countries like India, where openly people never shown hatred unless triggered by baddies as you said. But this post is on global perspective, the wars have roots in religion deep than other factors, in Burma what happened is a cruel display of hatred (killing Muslims) and terrorism by extremists.
May be we should not be just Indians, first would be better as Humans. Why not we worry about some younger sister / brother, friend who got killed on religious hatred? Happy for those who live without much fuss about religions as you said, and concerned for others who need to give up the extreme views.
