Snippet Thoughts : May be, a better way to explain GOD

An Alien could see the Earth as a red planet! Yes. Not  a beautiful blue ball, if his eyes sense the wavelength of blue as red. It is possible.

Maybe he could breathe CO2 because his respiratory system could be designed in that way.

Maybe he doesn’t need to eat, he may have an inbuilt photosynthesis mechanism in his body to supply energy from the sun. He may look green like a Hulk.

As far as we know, science educated us with all the facts that we can perceive with our 5 senses. Even with the support of the sixth sense our knowledge about the universe, earth, even the very near nature around us still remains a mystery.

Why don’t have a night vision? Why can’t we see air? What if water floats and air flows on the ground? What if dinosaurs had survived? What if some animal develops a sixth sense like we do?

If you look detailed into everything, you can find an accurately programmed system. If you look wider, the whole thing would have the same sync with the other programmes.

Sun is at a perfect distance neither it burn away the Earth nor it freezes us down. All the planets are in a perfect orbit and has their own agenda, from speed to mass, from gravity to the rotation, everything is in a perfect alignment.

I can’t tell you how. But if there is no Jupiter, then we would not be here right now! Thousands of asteroids would have bombarded Earth by now. Like this, though we cannot relate a direct connection, every single atom in the universe is well connected in a system.

WHAT IS THIS ALL ABOUT?

Feeling GOD

Do you call it Nature? or Science? or like me it is something divine what we call as GOD. GOD is an arguable concept.

If you try to realize GOD via religions, then you would end up constrained to its cultural limitation and dwindle within a circle. You can only see GOD as what man imagined, yes religions are nothing but man-made concepts. Every religion is a different attempt to know the unknown GOD, the supreme power which regulates everything happens in the universe.

If you try to realize GOD via intelligence, then you would end up failing miserably as an Atheist because our intelligence what we scientifically claim as the best in the world, is not the best. It is just a fraction of our brain’s actual capacity. We cannot even define 100% how the Earth works and the ecosystem of Earth balances, even if you take another 10000 years. Even if we try still our extinction, we cannot feel the GOD with our intelligence.

Then what is GOD? How can we conclude on the existence of GOD when we are incapable of understanding systems that work beyond the capacity of our knowledge.

The answer is we call the Supreme power / Nature as GOD. You can feel GOD in anything and everything. That’s what wise people said “An Atom doesn’t move without GOD”.

You and I accepting or denying the existence of GOD is not going to affect the system at all. Everything happens around on its own agenda. The only thing we can control to an extent is our very own soul.

Both Atheism and Theism is a way of exploring GOD. But never get hooked to a system of religion, which will turn you an extremist at some point, thus you forget love and give place to hatred on others. Religion is an entry point to bring a belief on GOD, but religions’ road won’t take us to the Destiny. GOD is beyond the religions.

When you don’t have love and kindness, you are deviating from the system and become a Moron, who can never feel the Spiritual presence of the Supreme Power – GOD! SO FORGO RELIGIONS, LOVE ALL, HATE NONE.

Thinking about God is an intriguing activity that I get immersed into, at times. Especially at those sleepless nights, like a meditation or a lucid dreaming. Most of the time I wanted to write them down in the next morning, but I end up breaking my head “What did I thought? Good logics right! How did I forget?” 😉

This time I wrote down everything at night itself! Yay! –

Snippet Thoughts : The logic of Discriminations!

I see the character as the only scale to differentiate one human being from another. Rest all are just a stupidity.

We are all one

Racial Discriminations

If you see the differences only on the basis of races, then you are one step behind to understand that we are all the same. Thousands of thousand years of evolution due to various climatic and environmental factors has altered us, in order to survive.

For example, if all humans are white, the won’t be any civilization near the equatorial line. We all knew that our origin was Africa, when we had separated ourselves from ape species we lost hair, and in order to survive the UV radiation from sun (African regions closer to Equatorial line) our early ancestors had to evolve dark skin to protect them from the sun. It was a chemical adaptation of our body happened over centuries.

Then as some of our ancestors moved towards European and Mongolian areas, they had to adapt to the cold weather and the need for dark skin had reduced because sunlight is less compared to Africa.

Then everything was history… we started spreading across the world settled at various parts of the world and our bodies developed static features. What we call now as various races.

If we switch all black Africans to Europe and Europeans to Africa, in a few thousand years, we will see Black people turn White and vice versa.

So logically, it is a stupidity to do racial discriminations.

Religious Discriminations

The history of religions also evolved along with human evolution. Geographical factors and Leadership factors would have played an important role in determining the features and powers of Gods.

Kings were the ones who had decided what kind of belief in what kind of God that the people should have, under their control. Some kings considered themselves as Gods, so the people followed. After a time period, they just did a blind worship of the first king who had been regarded as God. Thus, it gave shape to religions.

What about the Real God? When the spiritual consciousness of humans started to evolve and the more we began to believe in love and harmony. Our ancestors would have felt the real GOD as a symbol of love and peace. Then the refining processes would have started. That was, overthrowing of King Gods, leading to chaos and confusion.

But the ultimatum of violence and rage is always peace and love. The natural destiny of our soul. Then people would have realized and believed the real GOD.

Real GOD also had own challenges, we humans are suspecting species, and when left uncontrolled we tend to become evil and selfish. So, more variations to religions happened. Some religions had centre of control based on fear, some religions had it based on customs. Stricter rules and procedures had arrived. Obviously every process demanded a name for it for easy identification.

So we are here now with our world religions, still refining and defining GOD according to our own terms. 🙂

Remember, our roots would lead us to the same source. Peace and Love. Then why we should discriminate one another based on Religions? Stupidity isn’t it?

Nationality Discrimination

This is the most recent form of discrimination and people often confuse it with patriotism. It is nothing but sign of superiority complex and a mean to express who controls whom.

Ever since, borders are drawn economies bloomed, we got our differences growing. Nationalities are even complex when it has elements of Religious and Racist discriminations attached to their culture.

If you look at happy countries, they are secular and almost got rid of any kind of discrimination. Even they would feel positively proud of their nationality but not attached to it as an extremist. They go around with people of other nationalities so easily.

All countries must move in this direction either directly or indirectly.

If you are someone who feels so proud of belonging to some nation before being a proud human, then you need to think and switch the order of pride.

Last but not least, the worst form of Discrimination is

CASTE Discrimination

All it started as a classification humans based on their occupation, then caste system coupled with religions, it has pushed humanity backwards from positive progress.

Cultures associated with the castes, eating habits also widened the gap between people. We forgot the fact that we are after all individuals and can choose our culture based on our comfort and logical sense.

Now, everyone does every job, anybody can learn anything. So fundamental blocks of Casteism had become void and meaningless. We are in no need of castes.

Casteism is an ultimate stupidity and backward thinking. If you are a believer of the castes and if you feel it is necessary, then you are driving the wrong side. Some day in future, you must take a U-turn. Better you take the U-turn now.

Overall. We must feel Humans with no discriminations. Then only we can sustain as a species. We are travelling in a positive direction. Observe history… Trend is towards universal love and peace… Extremists are slowly expelled and seen as a sign of shame.

It’s time for a change! Upgrade yourselves 🙂

Beautiful Words : From an Alzheimer Patient

Dear Friend,

Oh, how can this be

You and I are losing me.

Some day soon

Maybe morning, Maybe noon

I will no longer be the me

You and I know as me.

I ask, what is happening to me,

And the answer seems to be

Words and thoughts frequently scramble

And my conversations seem to ramble.

O, how can this be

You and I are losing me.

What do you see when you look into my eyes?

And neighbors just to pry?

Confusion, hurt, pity and pain,

For I am ill and not insane.

Oh Lord, help me I pray,

And this is what He seems to say,

“Fear not child, I will come and take you home,

To be with me for all eternity.”

What can we do from losing me?

“Nothing” say the experts.

But in my confused and foggy state,

To you I plea,

“Love me,

Remember me

Help me to be

All that I can be

For as long as I can be

The me we know as me.”

Random Beautiful Humans : Pradeep Kumar

Humans of Kochi“A few weeks ago, he was hacked down by some people.”
“Oh why did they do that?”
“This is how people show their anger towards me to cause me pain. Apart being an animal welfare officer, I’m also a slaughterhouse inspector. Hence many don’t like what I do.”

“How did you start rescuing animals?”
“Even during the time of my school days, I used to rescue dogs who got hurt due to road accidents. I used to take care of them and find homes for them.”

“Could you share a rescue-story that has deeply impacted you?”
“Once I got a call to kill a dog. The caller said that the dog is in critical condition and it would be best to end its life rather than making it suffer the pain. I was on my way to Kochi from Thrissur that time, so I told him to wait and not to do anything with the dog. I was in touch with him throughout my drive to ensure that the dog was not killed before I reach there. Finally what I found was a piece of meat lying on the road, whimpering with pain. Someone had poured acid on it and the whole body was in a molten fused state. It had been lying there in that situation for almost two days. People around me were forcing me to kill it. I asked them would you do the same if this happened to any of you. And their reply was – who wants them anyway, it’s high time these dogs are all killed off.

I didn’t bother replying to them because I knew they didn’t deserve any reply. I carried the dog to my car. All the blood, flesh and pus were sticking to my shirt. I took him to Cochin Pet Hospital. The doctor was shocked to see him. He asked me what to do as he felt that there was no way the dog could be saved. I told him, you have to somehow do something or the other.

“What was the doctor’s name?”
“Dr. Sooraj. It took us four and a half hours to save him. We had to remove large amount of dirt which were sticking inside his flesh as people had thrown sand and stones at him. We had to clean all of that.”

“People had thrown sand and stones at him, even when he was lying there burnt in acid?”
“Yes, that’s how cruel the society is. We don’t have even an ounce of a feeling called compassion in our minds!“

“Oh, so how did he then recover?”
“Ricky was not able to sleep even after giving sedation. For acid attacks, the pain will not go even if you give sedatives. For five and a half months, he was not able to sit. He had to stand throughout the period. So we built an adjustable support to help him stand. With medication and proper care, Ricky became a healthy dog.”

“What is the scenario of pet dogs being abandoned in Kochi?”
“We get around 15-20 calls in a day regarding pet dogs found on the streets. 60 percent of the cases are due to people abandoning them due to old-age. Remaining 40 percent is because they don’t want to take care of their dogs when they get sick.”

“Could you elaborate on this?”

“Breeders are abandoning dogs on the streets after they become old and unusable to give birth. There are many people who keep dogs just to show off to their guests. It is a matter of pride for them to make others see that they own German Shepherd, Doberman and other expensive breeds of dogs. First of all, our climate is not suitable for dogs such as Pug, St. Bernard, German Shepherd. These dogs are later thrown into the streets when they grow old. People abandon their pet dogs when they get skin disease, when they get an eye infection, when they get pus in their ears or when the owners change their residence. I have got calls from many saying they have seen a pet dog roaming around nearby their area and if it would be possible for me to take it away. In many cases, these callers are actually the owners of the dogs pretending to be not connected with the dog and they want to somehow get rid of them through me.”

“Oh!”

“Being educated and being cultured are two different things. We are very high in being educated, but very low in being cultured. We have to develop a culture with a sense of responsibility to our society, with a sense of responsibility to the people living in that society, and with a sense of responsibility to the other living beings existing along with those people. Currently we do not have any of these, it’s all destroyed. Now if we want to revive these, they can only be developed through today’s children.”

“So what message do you wish to convey to the society?”

“God has given us abilities – not to plunder the earth and loot people. We all have the ability to love, but we are not willing to use that. We don’t want to see even when we have eyes; we don’t want to hear even when we have ears. A change is needed for all this.

PS: The interviewee, Mr. Pradeep Kumar, founder of KARMMA (Karuna Animal Rescue Ministering and Management Association), passed away last week suffering from a heart attack. We pray that his loved and dear ones get the strength to move on.

Team Propel Steps also share our tribute to such a wonderful human being.
