Ten Qualities, God Brings In You

God 10 qualities

Many of us do believe in God. We pray. People go to temples, churches, mosques and many places of worships to see God. Yet it is a well-known fact that every theist would agree that God is everywhere, yet we have some psychological reasons to go to a particular place of worship and pray our God. Why everyone pray? is a separate topic of discussion. But does everyone really feel God? Does everyone follow God? If you say ‘Yes’ you know it well that is a lie.

There are millions of human beings who claim to be believers and followers of God, but they never possess the qualities. When you are truly in a relationship with God, you would have as many of these 10 qualities in you.

1. Loss of Ego

A man who believes in a supreme power God, he naturally loses his self-centered Ego and become selfless.

2. Love All

When God’s presence is there in a man, he will love everyone. They never build hatred in the soul.

3. Never Judge anyone

It follows a sequence, when love comes in unconditional on fellow humans, we never judge anyone. Man who believes in God knows that he has no authority to say someone is right or wrong. Man may perceive, but can never judge.

4. Forgiveness

If someone hurts us, forgiveness is an important quality of God which we should follow. Hurting them back is cinema culture to take revenge, not the sign of God.

5. Acceptance

Change happens as life moves on. Some call it karma, some call it fate, some call it law of attraction. But accepting things as it happens in life, without complaining or whimpering over others can only be possible with God’s support.

6. Happiness

When we accept things as it is, there is no reason to worry at all. Godliness is a bliss.

7. Fearless

Of course, there exists evil in this world. I am not telling about the flying blood oozing demons. But evil thoughts in human minds and thus changed evil humans. God gives fearlessness to fight both the evil thoughts and evil humans, but without breaking the qualities of God.

8. Righteous

Many may recommend you to win bad by another bad stuff. Violence by violence. But righteous soul knew that we could never bring a permanent justice, by a wrong action. God is always righteous.

9. Mindfulness

Higher level of spiritual realization will lead to mindfulness of understanding everything that happens around in a holistic way. Mind will be openly seeing the bigger picture of God and ignores the petty issues people do in the name of religions and customs. Not just about God but the perspective of whole life will change.

10. Non-attachment

The last and the most matured quality that God can bring in us is getting unattached to the worldly stuffs. Of course, only a very few geniuses can reach this stage and reached this stage before. If not in practice level, at least we can bring it to the realization level. As all paths to god say this unanimously, we own nothing in this world! Not even our very own soul which resides in our body. Just we all have a purpose, so we exist and evolve in a mystic journey called Life.

Many of the Atheists also will have these qualities and stay as a good human being. They are comfortable in calling that as high-level of intelligence and some will call it Godliness.

Insights : Religions are Man-Made! But not the God.

spiritual journey

All I found is “Just follow the path of Love and Kindness as shown by God, Trust in God and love God truly from the soul” There are no religions that exist and all we did is follow a God and called it a religion. Later, people left the God, stopped following his words, just clinging on to the religions, adding their own words and rituals for their comfort. So there are troubles.

Follow the words of your God, it’s enough! There is no need to identify oneself with a religion’s name!

When we do not live in peace and harmony, when we do not love one another, when we do not follow the words of God, there is no use of just chanting the name of God… Rituals and religious ceremonies. All are just a showoffs to this world.

You may choose to follow the teachings of Buddha, Krishna, Allah… I chose to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. Forget religions, follow the path of peace and love.  We will start to understand all the faiths are the same and the virtues of the God is unanimous!

Then how can the path of love and peace can lead us to hatred, violence and cheating one another? The real spirituality is adulterated by name of the religions. All the differences are man-made, to secure dominance and establish their selfish motives! Our virtues talks about our God! When it lacks love, then there is no presence of God at all. So please stop getting mad and thinking extreme about religions! They do not exist at all but just a mere presumed entity in our mind.

On one occasion an expert in the law stood up to test Jesus. “Teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”

“What is written in the Law?” he replied. “How do you read it?”

He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.”

“You have answered correctly,” Jesus replied. “Do this and you will live.”

But he wanted to justify himself, so he asked Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?”

In reply Jesus said: “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he was attacked by robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him. The next day he took out two denarii and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’

“Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?”

The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.”

Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.” —- Luke 10

These are just my understanding and perspectives, I am not adjudging anyone’s faith or anyone right or wrong, for which I have no rights. In fact, no one has except the god.

“Say you belong to a religion only when you follow the virtues of your god. You first fill your soul with love and kindness like Jesus, Allah, Krishna, Buddha or any God. Else your religion alone exists with you, when you hate and spread hatred, you are just a religious extremist, not a follower of any faith.” – Din

Story : The Apples and a Blind Girl (MUST READ)

A must read story with insight that could change the way of your life and thinking.

A few years ago a group of salesmen went to a regional sales convention in Chicago.. They had assured their wives that  they would be home in plenty of time for Friday night’s dinner. In their rush to catch the plane home and with tickets and briefcases, one of these salesmen inadvertently kicked over a table which held a display of apples. Apples flew everywhere. Without stopping or looking back, they all managed to reach the plane in time for their nearly-missed boarding.

ALL BUT ONE!!! He paused, took a deep breath, got in touch with his feelings and experienced a twinge of compassion for the girl whose apple stand had been overturned. He told his buddies to go on without him, waved goodbye, told one of them to call his wife when they arrived at their home destination and explain his taking a later flight.

apple sellerThen he returned to the terminal where the apples were all over the terminal floor. He was glad he did. The 16-year-old girl was totally blind! She was softly crying, tears running down her cheeks in frustration, and at the same time helplessly groping for her spilled produce as the crowd swirled about her; no one stopping and no one to care for her plight.

The salesman knelt on the floor with her, gathered up the apples, put them back on the table and helped organize her display. As he did this, he noticed that many of them had become battered and bruised; these he set aside in another basket.

When he had finished, he pulled out his wallet and said to the girl, “Here, please take this $50 for the damage we did. Are you okay?”She nodded through her tears. He continued on with, “I hope we didn’t spoil your day too badly.”As the salesman started to walk away, the bewildered blind girl called out to him, “Mister….” He paused and turned to look back into those blind eyes.

She continued, “Are you Jesus?”

He stopped in mid-stride… And he wondered. He gently went back and said, “No, I am nothing like Jesus – He is good, kind, caring, loving, and would never have bumped into your display in the first place.

“The girl gently nodded: “I only asked because I prayed for Jesus to help me gather the apples. He sent you to help me, Thank you for hearing Jesus, Mister.” Then slowly he made his way to catch the later flight with that question burning and bouncing about in his soul: “Are you Jesus?” Do people mistake you for Jesus?

That’s our destiny, is it not? To be so much like Jesus that people cannot tell the difference as we live and interact with a world that is blind to His love, life and grace.

If we claim to know Him, we should live, walk and act as He would. Knowing Him is more than simply quoting scripture and going to church. It’s actually living the Word as life unfolds day to day.

You are the apple of His eye, even though you, too, have been bruised by a fall. He stopped what He was doing and picked up you and me on a hill called Calvary and paid in full for our damaged fruit.

Moral: As the context of the story goes, the God is called here as ‘Jesus’. You can replace ‘Jesus’ with the name of the God you believe in. We are sure that only the name changes, but the virtues of all Gods remains the same. Hope you loved this story. Please share it with your friends and family, in any way you want. May God bless all.

Gandhi : Complete Life, Rare Documentary and my Views.

Mohandas K. Gandhi (1869-1948), political and ...

Mohandas K. Gandhi (1869-1948), political and spiritual leader of India.

Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi called fondly as Mahatma by the entire world, had influenced the many lives and the man who shaped India in its past history. The India which had our brotherhood nations Pakistan and Bangladesh as well together.

The Man I respect a lot for his sheer honesty and openness on his life, despite of the controversial things around him. No Great Leader exists without opposition! If there is no opposition, the one is not a leader at all. There he became the Noble prize winner a Great Leader of all times and the name we remember for a long time.

Here is his complete life documentary. Make a Sunday/ Holiday to watch this, has historical India we rarely can go back and see as a bonus to his epic journey.

Well, people (including my Dad) I had interacted / debated about him may find me along with other ‘Gandhi haters’, in fact I am an admirer of Gandhi who always tried to see him as a whole person instead of folding my eyes to his controversial side. One of the perfect personality study we can ever do is with Gandhi’s character and intake a huge insight about human life.

There are two kinds of Leaders / Legends of Mankind.

First one the righteous explorers who present us a unique way of seeing life. They live righteous form of life and faced so many struggles in their pursuit of being righteous. Well what is righteous may vary between you and me in this, accordingly one chooses their leaders. I go with the universal truth what I believe as righteous. The Jesus Christ, the Buddha, Swamy Vivekananda, Mohammed, Mahavira, and few others were in these first kind, were considered Godly. Not only because of their religion or faith alone, they were considered godly souls because of their virtues and character. They lived the life what they want others to follow, yet they never forced their version of righteous on anyone, people believed them at will because they knew the absolute truth in their words.

The second one the legends / explorers who present us a realistic way of seeing life. They lived as a free life of a soul which may have positives and negatives. But towards the end of their life they leave us a legendary epic for us to take inspiration and way of life. This one is the most realistic kind which anyone can relate it so easier and understand. The entire Hinduism is based on this second kind of leaders. Where the Gods are close to Human form and the epics of Mahabarata and Ramayana shown a lot of evidence on how man can realize leaders from a common human form thus lead gradually to godliness. Though these are religious, No other epic has insights for leadership than the Mahabarata in my opinion. Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, Abraham Lincoln, Kannadasan and many are there in this kind of leaders who find the legend in themselves by living a true form of life as it is.

There is no comparison which type of leader is greater or more divine / spiritual. It is up to the individuals to decide on what to look for in a leader. It’s a purely personal choice and opinion. I may choose to accept many of the virtues of the first kind than what I choose to accept from the second one, where I filter certain traits and leave taking interest on them, according to my consciousness and value systems. For Instance, Gandhi may have a private life controversial with women (claimed), Nelson Mandela had married many times, Lord Krishna may have taken the clothes of Gopiyars while bathing, the reasoning behind the pre-known suffering of the righteous is something which contradicts me, etc. I can have my justifications which I keep it to myself and never pass on to others or expect them to have it.

Overall souls like Gandhi had left us a path to think and be a own thinker to explore life and make a meaning for our lives. The value of Peace and Non Violence he imbibed in us is the best form and the lesson we can use today to solve our problems instead of Wars and religious chaos. Gandhi’s life lessons can teach our leaders to look the peaceful side of life instead of creating Wars on other countries. Hope we grab what the universal truth they all wanted us to grab on to.
